Unfortunately the AFP's Chief Cop has failed to learn from any of the culprits he has interrogated over the years nor have his own Masters, those Ministers of Fun within the Federal Government. Rule No. 1: Keep it simple and keep it consistent.
Rule No. 2: Keep saying it. Eventually you will be believed.
Apparently the only one playing by the rules so far is Dr. Haneef.
